ORDERS

We design beautiful hand-tied bouquets and arrangements, handmade by us at our Highgate shop. These, and our range of plants and gifts, can be delivered on the date you choose or the same day if you order before 12pm, apart from Tuesdays.

To order phone us at  0208 2260 154. You can also order online or, of course, come to our shop where we will be happy to discuss what we can do for you.

YOUR PERSONAL MESSAGE

Sending flowers, plants or gifts is very personal and we take great care with your message to accompany your selection.

If you order online, on our shopping basket page there is a message box to enter a message to go with your order. You can also use this box to tell us any further instructions. We add your personal, handwritten message to your selection. Due to the size of the cards please limit this to no more than 240 characters.

COLLECTION

It is easy to order by phone or online and then collect your order at your convenience. That way we can make up your order and have it waiting for you when you come in.

DELIVERY

We can deliver your flowers, plants or gifts to any address within 5 miles of our shop for a fixed delivery charge which is added to your order.

We do not normally deliver outside this area, but please contact us with any special requirements and we will do our best to help.

We deliver every day of the week except Tuesday.

If no one is in at the address to receive their delivery we will see if a neighbour is able to accept delivery and if this is not possible we will return the flowers, plants or gifts to our shop. It's helpful if you can provide a telephone number for the recipient if you think they may not be in when we try to deliver.

RETURNS 

We hope you love the items you receive from us but if you need to return a vase or gift please send it back to this address within 30 days:

We recommend using a tracked posting service as we can't accept responsibility for any items which don't reach us.

Please note, flowers and plants are non-returnable.

FLOWER CARE

We want you to enjoy our flowers and get the best from them. Most of our hand ties and arrangements have been prepared and cut to be put directly into a clean vase filled with water. Trim away any foliage below the waterline. If you need to shorten the stems to fit into a vase, be sure to cut them at an angle.

Changing the water and removing any foliage from below the waterline every couple of days will help your flowers last longer. Also, it is best not to place the flowers in direct sunlight or near a heat source.
